  1. Grouville Parish EXTRACT from the Register of Baptism. 'en la Paroisse de Groville de l'Isle de Jersey'. 10 lines in manuscript on a small 4to sheet, giving details of the baptism of George fils de Richard Downer and Sara le Riche, 1729. Signed Charles De La Garde, Rr. de Groville. circa 1750. £8.00

  2. Guernsey RECEIPT noting two payments of rent to Jean Aubin from Jean Pallot for 'Clos de Sesar'. One payment was for the first two years, the second, of '18 livres 9 sous argent francais' was for the third year. 4 lines on small slip of paper, signed by Aubin. 1766. £10.00

St. Martin, Jersey ORDER to Thomas Syvret to pay rent arrear for the tenement he occupies in Fief du Roy in the parish of St. Martin owned by Thomas Beaugie, according to the order of the Justice... 9 lines, manuscript, on an 8vo sheet of paper... together with... another order, dated 3rd March 1724, ordering him to pay rent to Thomas Beaugie 'fils Jean fils Pierre' for the same property 'sur peine que ledit Beaufie soit rempossede du dit tenement par Conditions enfraintes'. 8 lines, 8vo... together with... another order 1725 ordering Syvret to pay a rent of 'six tab.(?) de froment e une poulle de rente' for 'une certaine petite maison et cortil sur le fief du Roy' 10 lines, 8vo. 3 items. early 18th century. £24.00
