  1. Cary (J) A MAP OF MONMOUTHSHIRE from the best Authorities. Engraved map hand-coloured in outline, coloured border. Size 18" x 16", scale 2 miles to an inch. Two folds, repaired tear reaching 1" into map at fold at left edge. Published by J. Stockdale, 1805. £35.00

  4. Monmouth RELEASE IN FEE of two tenements with smith's forge adjoining in St. Marys Street, in the occupation of Edward Cowmeadow, Gunsmith, to John Bulbrick of Wonastow. Vellum, size 23" x 29", 4 armorial wax seals. 1740. £26.00

  5. Monmouth WILL of Mary Jones of Monmouth, Widow. 2ęp, folded. Signed by Mary Jones and 3 witnesses, with wax seal. 1801. £22.00
    Bequeathes her lands at Lydney, her house in Monmouth, farm at Luckington in Wiltshire, and large sums of money, to various relatives.


  6. Skenfrith SCHEDULE OF TITLE DEEDS relating to a freehold estate called Birch Hill in the parish of Skenfrith the property of William Fortune Powell, in mortgage to Chandos Hoskyns. 3p., folio, neatly written manuscript detailing deeds from 1763 - 1840. Signed by solicitors saying they have received the deeds from Hoskyns. 1844. £14.00
