  1. Brasted ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet XXXIX.3. Scale 25" to 1 mile. Size 37" x 26". Roads, water features, buildings hand coloured. Covers the whole of Brasted, St. Martins Church, Court Lodge. Trace of central vertical fold, 3" tear in this fold neatly repaired on verso. Almost a quarter of the map is blank as outside the boundary. 1874. £26.00

  2. Chevening and Otford AN ACT to authorize the Sale of an Estate called Morrant's Court otherwise Madam's Court... late the property of John Fry... 22pp., small folio. Disbound. Act of Parliament. Includes 3p. Schedule of properties in the Manor of Morrant's Court, naming Occupiers. 1847. £10.00

  3. Deptford ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet VII.3. Scale 25" to 1 mile. Size 25" x 37". Water features, roads, buildings hand-coloured. Bottom edge with small edge tears. n.d. circa 1870. £30.00
    Covers Deptford and Lewisham Cemeteries, Brockley Hall, Ladywell, Lewisham Road, Rosenthal House, Brockley Hill.

  4. Dymchurch PARTICULARS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE of a Freehold Dwelling House and Ripe Building Land... situate at Dunkirk End... to be Sold by Auction... 15th August, 1904. 3pp., folio, folded with docket title. 1904. £12.00
    At the back of the dwelling house was a brick building 'formerly used as a Herring Hang'.

  5. East Wickham ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet II.15. Scale 25" to 1 mile, size 35" x 23" plus margins. Roads, water features, buildings, hand-coloured. Part of top edge with small nicks, traces of fold, 2" repaired tear at bottom margin. 1863. £25.00
    Covers Welling, East Wickham, Bell Grove, Williams Terrace.

Erith & Wrotham PARTICULARS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE of a Very Valuable Freehold Estate called The Marsh Farm.... and a Public House called The Chequers or Halfway House, Situate on the Banks of the River Thames, at Erith.... and also of a Freehold Estate at Wrotham... with a residence called Ivy Hall.... For Sale by Auction.... 23rd September, 1847. Folio, 3pp, fine double-page lithographed plan by J. Cross & Son, Holborn, loosely inserted, hand-coloured in full wash colour showing the Thames, The Chequers building and adjacent fields, with table of reference. 1846. £28.00

  7. Forest Hill ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet VII.6. Scale 25" to 1 mile. Size 25" x 37". Water features, roads, buildings hand coloured. Small repaired tear in bottom margin. n.d. c1865. £20.00
    Extends from Willow Walk in the south to Tewkesbury Lodge in the north. About half the map is blank as it only covers the Kent part to the border.

  8. Lewisham ASSIGNMENT of the a house and a piece of land between the London-Lewisham Road and the Tunbridge-Dartford Railway, James Kent to William Giddins. Vellum, 22" x 28", 2 wax seals. Small coloured plan in margin. 1867. £12.00

  9. Maidstone Geneva AN ACT to continue and amend an Act... as permits Sir William Bishop... to carry on the Manufacture of Maidstone Geneva. 4pp, small folio, disbound, Act of Parliament. 1799. £10.00
    The Bishops ran an important distillery in the town.

Folded with docket title... together with... similar particulars for sale June 27th, 1918, of a dwelling house known as Bodman House, No. 8, London House, with a large school room at the rear with side entrance for pupils. 2 items. 1914 and 1918. £12.00

  11. Orpington BILLHEAD of E. Yeates, Saddler and Harness Maker, High Street. Folio sheet, with attractive deep printed heading showing jockey, carthorses, light carriage, saddles and bridles, stirrups etc. Made out to Sir F. Evans for 17 items. A few small chips at edges. 1906. £6.00

  12. Orpington BILL of Frederick Tremain, Mechanical Engineer, Blacksmith and Farrier, Plumber, Locksmith and Bellhanger... Bill on 4p folio, printed heading with variety of decorative typefaces. Made out to Sir Francis Evans for donkey shoes, making up paint, repairs to kitchen equipment, tools etc. 1906. £5.00

  13. Perry Hill, Rushy Green ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet VII.7. Scale 25" to 1 mile. Size 25" x 37". Water features, roads, buildings hand-coloured. Traces of central vertical fold, some repaired tears in top margin. n.d. Embossed Ordnance stamp 1862. £30.00
    Extends from London and Brighton Railway, Lowther Hill top left, to Claremont Villa, Rose Lawn. Shows in detail the house and garden layout of various large houses such as Perrymount, Red Hall, Perry House. Shows various gravel pits.

  14. Ramsgate BOND of Richard Tomson of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet, Mariner to Richard Brice of Mansion in St. Laurence, Isle of Thanet, Victualler, for £260. 1p., small folio, printed, with manuscript inserts, wax seal. Blank conjoint leaf. Folded. 1803. £10.00

  15. Rochester ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet 272. Scale 1" to 1 mile. Size 13" x 20", plus margins. Linen-backed and folding into 8vo boards with Stanford label. Printed from an Electrotype 1877. £20.00

  16. Rochester, Tunbridge ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet VI. Scale 1" to 1 mile, size 25" x 36", mounted on linen and folding into plain green 8vo wraps. Main roads, parkland, county boundaries hand-coloured. Electrotyped in 1864. £45.00
    Includes small areas of Surrey and Sussex.

  19. Westerham ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet XXXIX.6 Scale 25" to 1 mile. 37" x 26". Roads, water features, buildings hand coloured. Traces of vertical central fold, a few chips in paper at top edge. No information except scale bars in bottom margin. 1869 (paper watermarked 1859). £35.00
    Attractive map with the whole of Westerham at the centre, Squerryes Court with its large pool, Dunsdale with its lake, River Darent.
