July 3rd, 1913. 2pp., folio, plus page with fine large photograph of the hotel, size 7" x 8", showing people outside, and a tram stopped just in front of the entrance.   3. Petton (Manor of) CHIROGRAPH OF A FINE between Watkin Williams, plt, Edward Maurice and Hannah his wife, deforciants. On vellum, in a large hand, in English, size 12" x 19". Small stain at bottom left, with loss of a few words, some light browning. 1769. £16.00
    Maurice and his wife were deforciants of 'one third of the Manor of Petton and one third part of 20 messuages, 20 gardens, 1,000 acres of land, 500 acres of meadow, 1,000 acres of pasture... 20 acres of land covered with water', and a third part of six messuages and common of pasture in Petton, Melverley, the town of Shrewsbury, Kinnerley, etc.
