PHOTOGRAPH of a large group of over a hundred boys in naval uniforms on a sailing ship, some seated, some in the rigging.
Albumen print, size 4" x 7", mounted on card, outlined in red, 'C. Voss Bark, Clifton' printed below. Card edges with browning (not affecting photograph). At the left hand side is a small group of ladies. The boys ages seem to be about 10-16, and the ship was possibly a training establishment.
